Moms and Russia

Hey everyone, I'm back again, but where r u???? What do you think about the mom who shipped the kid back to Russia? Ironically, I have some sympathy for her (but not much). Friends adopted Ukrainian twins several years ago and now I'm reading that almost all the kids from Ukraine have some sort of difficulty. I hope not. Kids can't be treated like paper towels. What are your thoughts?
